Our Guarantee

Pleasant Valley Pools will provide services and repairs that meet or exceed: A) industry standards of the health dept and local building codes, B) Proper installation and maintenance per Original Manufacturer Warranty requirement, and C) Accepted standards set forth by industry professionals for service excellence. Pleasant Valley Pools will correct any service deficiency until Customer satisfaction is achieved. If any Manufacturer’s warranty is voided due to improper installation or repair by pleasant Valley Pools, Pleasant Valley Pools will repair or replace it free.

Qualified Weather Events

Weekly cleaning is subject to the possibility of qualified weather events. A qualified weather event such as wind storms, electrical storms, etc may reduce the ability to completely clean the pool because of the risk of electrocution or the inability to see the bottom of the pool. If such events occur during the visit to your home, all services which can be performed with reasonable safety and effectiveness will be performed, with the remaining services to be picked up the following week.

Disclaimer

This guarantee does not cover damages cause by an act of nature, failure to maintain sufficient water levels, filtration times, or electrical service, and does not include damage as a result of negligent or misuse of the pool and it’s equipment by users or home occupants, including small toys left in pool, defeat of any safety features, or failure to maintain a secure property. Pleasant Valley Pools will always secure the property when leaving and will notify the customer if there is any condition which should be remedied. The customer agrees that proper working order of the pool enclosure and all gates, windows, latches, alarms, and doors leading to pool access are the sole responsibility of the owner or occupant. Pleasant Valley pools is not responsible for damages caused by collateral construction projects or services rendered by other entities such as gardening service, etc.
