Warranty Information for Equipment and Parts Sales

All sales of new OEM equipment and genuine factory parts are covered by manufacturer’s warranty as described in the installation and operation manual that comes in your factory sealed box. Pleasant Valley Pools recommends you take the time to register your product in accordance with the registration instructions provided by the manufacturer, and then put your sales receipt and documentation in a safe place.

All warranty repairs or replacements should be made directly to the Manufacturer’s warranty dept. as instructed. Pleasant Valley Pools accepts no additional warranty claim except whereas Pleasant Valley Pools installs or repairs equipment, guarantees that in the event that Manufacturer’s warranty is voided due to improper installation or repair made by pleasant Valley Pools, Pleasant Valley Pools will repair or replace the equipment free of charge.
